A leader is often defined by the decisions he/she makes. While
there is no universally accepted definition of a leader, research indicates that perhaps the most malleable leadership trait is the ability to make good decisions.
The Center for Leadership at Florida International University offers a fresh approach to continuous leadership development through in-depth assessments and tha application of critical thinking, resources in a unique program for high-potential individuals. Leading Decisions equips leaders to identify and leverage a broad spectrum of competencies and assessments to create a leadership portfolio for developing effective organizational strategies and proactively address the most complex business issues.
